Medical Director
Salary Range : $300,000 - $360,000 (k Sign-On Bonus!)
Requirements to apply :
- Licensure : Current California Physician & Surgeon License.
- Board Certification : Board Certified in a primary care specialty (will consider Board Eligible but pass boards within 12 months of employment)
- Medical Degree : MD or DO
- Certification : Current DEA Certificate and Current CPR Certification.
- Experience : Experience in working with clients and staff from diverse socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.
- Preferences : Bilingual (English / Spanish) and a minimum of one year working with the frail or elderly
- Adequate malpractice coverage

We are seeking a full-time Medical Director to join our San Bernardino, CA team
Job Overview
The Medical Directorprovides medical care for our enrolled participants across a variety of settings, including but not limited to the center's clinic, participants homes, the nursing home, assisted living facilities and personal care boarding homes. Direct hospital inpatient care is not required but close coordination of care with hospital-based providers is essential. The Medical Director is also responsible for oversight of day-to-day medical operations at the center and provides supervision of physicians and adult nurse practitioners. They assist with keeping expenses with department budget, quality initiatives, utilization and resource management. Physical attendance at our facility and / or the participant home is essential to performing the job duties.
