Job Title: OB/GYN Physician
Location: Coachella Valley, CA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to provide outpatient coverage at our three clinic locations in the Coachella Valley. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Deliver full scope outpatient and in-patient obstetrical and gynecological care
Supervise mid-levels and clinical support staff
Practice medicine, providing prenatal, intra-partum, and post-partum care, as well as diagnosing and treating disorders of the female reproductive system
Initiate referrals to specialists as medically indicated
Share oversight of inpatient OB management and care provided by NPs and CNMs
Participate in Labor & Delivery coverage and OB/GYN call rotation
Counsel and instruct patients
Instruct and educate trainees and/or staff
Assist in public relations efforts
Requirements:
Medical Degree: Current State of California M.D. or D.O.
Board Certification: Board certified OB/GYN
Licensure: Valid California State License
Certifications: Current and valid CPR certification and Federal Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
Preferred Qualifications:
