Key Responsibilities:
The Psychiatrist diagnoses and treats patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating treatment plans.
They work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, providing psychotherapeutic methods and medications, and offering professional consultation to primary care providers and therapists.
Administrative duties include effective communication, maintaining licensure requirements, and staying updated on behavioral health standards.
