We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various roofing projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met
- Manage project budgets and expenses effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating deliveries of materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise promptly
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction site coordination or related field, preferably 3 years or more.
- Knowledge of asphalt and metal roofing, membrane roofing, and construction project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google systems, and project management software
