Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners to identify their roofing needs, offer solutions, and close deals. Utilize both company-provided leads and your own generated opportunities.
- Maintain positive relationships with past, current, and potential clients, ensuring satisfaction and follow-up after projects.
- Perform thorough inspections to assess the condition of the roof and provide accurate estimates and solutions for clients.
- Attend morning group meetings for ongoing training, accountability, and team-building exercises to stay sharp and motivated.
