Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in various construction tasks, supporting the overall project goals and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. Duties
- Operate power tools safely and effectively for various construction applications.
- Be able to install vinyl, metal, and Hardi siding in a timely manner according to both job specifications and Idaho code.
- Perform trim carpentry duties to enhance the aesthetics of completed projects.
- Utilize caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing of joints and seams.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely.
- Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor is essential for this role.
- Knowledge of siding application, caulking, and trim carpentry will be advantageous.
