Summary
As a Forklift/Cherry Picker Operator, you will be essential in managing materials within our distribution center, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in materials handling and premium skills in heavy equipment operation, including forklifts and cherry pickers. Your expertise in warehouse management systems and safety standards, such as OSHA compliance, will enhance our operational efficiency. Qualifications
- Proven experience in materials handling and warehouse operations
- Proficient in operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and heavy equipment
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Background in shipping and receiving, including order picking and distribution center operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
