What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector position at CD Custom Enterprises?
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize various tools and equipment such as calipers, coordinate measuring machines, and other measuring instruments to ensure product conformity
- Conduct quality control tests and inspections according to established procedures and standards
- Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with quality systems and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality data
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately
- Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate inspection findings
-Weld and brake experience a bonus
