```Duties:```
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal according to blueprints and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings.
- Use measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy of dimensions.
- Select appropriate tooling, dies, and punches for each job.
- Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines, including cleaning and lubricating.
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
```Qualifications:```
- Experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and materials.
- Familiarity with programming press brake machines is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experience operating cranes or other lifting equipment is preferred but not required.
