Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing industrial construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines, providing reports to senior management.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Support the procurement of materials and equipment as needed for project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address project challenges.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and field teams.
- Help resolve any project-related issues that arise, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain project records, reports, and documentation for reference and compliance purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in industrial contracting, construction, or project management.
- Knowledge of industrial construction methods, safety protocols, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus.
