CD&H, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Controller to join our team in Columbus, NE. This role is critical in overseeing project schedules, cost controls, and reporting to ensure successful project execution. The position may transition into a traveling role depending on company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using P6 Primavera.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate progress tracking.
- Analyze schedule impacts, delays, and risk factors.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate project status.
- Assist in the implementation and management of FPMS (preferred but not required).
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in project controls within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in P6 Primavera is required.
- Experience with FPMS is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of construction schedules, cost controls, and risk management.
- Ability to travel as needed for project assignments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
