We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales and customer service functions while maintaining efficient operations across various departments. Review and enter customer sales orders accurately.
Overview
· Manage invoicing, issue credits, and process payments.
· Update and maintain the daily shipping schedule.
· Coordinate customer shipping requirements and changes, acting as a liaison between the customer service and shipping departments.
· Generate and send packing slips to the shipping department.
· Receive and deposit customer checks.
· Maintain and update credit card payment records.
· Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments via email or phone.
· Assist the Sales team with customer outreach via email and phone for past, current, and prospective customers.
· Use Peachtree/Sage software to generate reports and identify opportunities (inventory, accounts receivable, customer purchase history, etc.).
Requirements
· Experience with Peachtree/Sage accounting software (or similar) is a plus
· Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience
Education
· Minimum of an Associate Degree
