Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Sales Brand Representative, you will receive comprehensive, fully paid training to equip you with the tools and skills needed to succeed in our industry. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a competitive spirit, and a passion for achieving both personal and team goals. You will play a key role in driving our sales efforts while developing professionally in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master sales materials, communication techniques, and our office structure
- Serve as a liaison between sales teams and clients to ensure seamless communication
- Participate in daily training clinics focused on quality assurance, professional development, and communication mastery
- Set weekly goals and receive personalized coaching from leadership to support your growth
- Track sales and retention metrics through Salesforce
- Engage with customers through feedback and reminder calls to ensure high retention and foster strong, professional relationships
