Job Description
CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a creative and passionate HR Generalist to join our recently established office in Boston where you’ll help build the culture of our brand new studio supporting our teams throughout the US and Canada. Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit and onboard amazing talent by managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Support candidates with any relocation or immigration matters so they can join our team.
- Responsible for leading NA orientation and onboarding programs to ensure each new hire has a great experience joining the company.
- Engage and collaborate in global HR initiatives across multiple regions and locations to foster close collaboration with our European HR team.
- Ensure all employees are supported with any payroll and benefits questions they may have by collaborating with our external providers.
- Participate in and lead training workshops to support employee growth and development.
- Work closely with Senior HRBP and Game Development team to support employee development through company programs such as engagement surveys and performance development.
- Assist with the implementation of HR systems and processes to support company growth.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support company and team-building events.
