Explore our social media and check out our YouTube channel where we share behind-the-scenes insights and stories direct from our team members!Job Description We’re currently looking for a Senior Environment Concept Artist to join our new studio in Boston and help us develop Project Orion - the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077 and the next major video game in the Cyberpunk franchise. As a Senior Environment Concept Artist, you’ll be a part of a small team of talented artists, working in close collaboration with Art Directors to establish the vision for the game. If you are an experienced and mature artist with a passion for creating industry-leading RPGs, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities : Create high quality, creative and original environment concept artworks.Work closely with directors to establish a clear vision and direction for the game.Cooperate and work as part of a team of artists, sharing information, ideas and knowledge to benefit the project as a whole.Participate in peer group feedback sessions regularly, attending reviews, receiving feedback and making iterations.Collaborate closely with other departments and teams to get the information and support needed to achieve goals and solve problems.Maintain the production pipeline and meet deadlines.Qualifications A minimum of 5 years experience in game development.In-depth knowledge of the Cyberpunk genre and RPGs and a passion for environment design.Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to efficiently demonstrate ideas and concepts and convey information clearly to others.Exceptional creative and artistic skills, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in realistic and sci-fi environment concept art, mood paintings, 3D environment designs, blockouts and paintovers, key-frames, and the ability to create fast ideation sketches such as storyboards.A solid background in traditional art such as industrial design, landscape painting or illustration with core foundational skills.Excellent knowledge of both 2D and 3D design software.Readiness to take responsibility for projects.Openness for constant feedback and sharing knowledge with other concept artists.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the willingness to work collaboratively with other teams online in different time zones.Additional Information This job requires working in Boston, US.Working mode : in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity.Company paid medical healthcare (dental vision & mental).Paid Leave — 20 days of holiday for every team member per year (26 days after two years).No dress-code — we like to keep it casual.401K with employer matching.Trainings, lectures and courses — internal workshops, knowledge-sharing initiatives, online tutorials, and e-learning classes are all available.
