The Role:
- Customer- facing technical role
- Troubleshoot complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions
- Collaborate across teams e.g., sales and engineering to streamline customers journeys
- Create a foundation in pre-sales for development
What’s Required?
- Good experience as an Inside Sales Engineer
- Customer-focused in a previous technical role e.g., Sales Engineering or Technical Account Manager
- Strong networking skills and communication skills
- A degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- A hunger to grow in the pre-sales space and progress in future.
