Key Responsibilities
- Client Advocacy: Represent clients throughout all stages of litigation to protect their rights and interests.
- Strategic Case Development: Develop and implement legal strategies tailored to each case, addressing challenges and advancing client objectives.
- Litigation Management: Manage a caseload including property and injury matters, overseeing discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Drafting & Filing: Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Court Representation: Represent clients during mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work with peers, paralegals, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes while maintaining a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bar Admission: Active and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (multiple jurisdictions preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in litigation; expertise in personal injury law is preferred, and experience in property insurance law is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in legal research, writing, and advocacy.
- Strong skills in time management, attention to detail, and organization.
