Sales Representative - Wholesale Bakery

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to help us expand our reach and grow our business. If you have a background in food product sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and establish relationships with onpremise food establishments that require fresh baked goods.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed growth targets.
• Collaborate with bakery production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Represent Marsee Baking at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven success in food product sales with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Experience in the bakery industry is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with the Kent/Seattle market is a bonus.

COMPENSATION:

• Pay is DOE (dependent on experience).
