Position Summary
Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and support to members and guests. You serve as a point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the organization's products or services.

- Always provide our members and member's guests a personal and professional experience.
•Answering various communication whether that be in person or via email/phone and direct to the appropriate staff member or team.•Maintaining pertinent knowledge of all Club programs, activities and schedules in order to pass information directly to members.
- Explaining procedures, interpreting and applying club rules and regulations. Ask Director or COO to get involved when necessary
.•Be thoroughly versed on our membership portal to assist with any members needs.
- Must have strong communication, presentation, training and organizational skills.
•Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required.•Provide information and recommendations on local features, attractions, shopping, restaurants, dining, entertainment, nightlife, and recreation in CDA to membership and prospective members.
- Assist Director of Events and Residential Services with various duties and tasks when necessary, tasks may include; filing, ordering office supplies, updating on site communication, editing menus, event set-up, scheduling meetings, dining reservations, etc.
- All duties and responsibilities shall be performed as set forth in our established policies and procedures.
