Periodontal Surgical Treatment Coordinator

Are you experienced in working in a periodontist office and ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Periodontal Surgical Treatment Coordinator to join our fast-paced practice. In this role, you’ll manage patient treatment plans, coordinate surgical appointments, and ensure an exceptional experience for all our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in understanding and scheduling periodontal surgery treatments
- Communicate treatment options, financial plans, and insurance details
- Work closely with the clinical team to manage patient flow and ensure smooth scheduling
- Maintain a compassionate and patient-first approach in all interactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a periodontist office is a must
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage patient needs with empathy and professionalism
- Flexibility to occasionally stay late if required to accommodate patient needs
Office Hours:
Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional late evenings may be required)
