The SEN-WFIS Program Assistant will assist the Substance Exposed Newborn - Women and Family Intervention Services (SEN-WFIS) program staff with all clerical request in support of various projects and program needs. Such as : processing program purchasing and finance requests; maintaining the client referral system; making contacts and arrangements as assigned; handling written and oral communications; and preparing and maintaining records, data and reports to support projects and programs as assigned. The Program Assistant is an integral part of the team! The Care Managers and Care Coordinators cannot do what they do without you! Position located in Pensacola.
Requirements : High school diploma with three (3) years of relevant experience including general clerical and reception duties, data entry, managed detailed documentation to maintain 'paper' trails, audits, and strict record-keeping requirements, answering phone, and greeting visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a busy office environment.
