**EXAMINATION**
Individuals who do not have transfer eligiblity, must have taken and passed an examination to obtain list eligibility for the classification in order to apply. List eligibility may be obtained by meeting the minimum qualifications as outlined in the examination bulletin, and obtaining a passing score on the Qualifications Assessment Questionnaire.

The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is separate from the application and is a narrative discussion of how each candidate's education, training, experience, and skills meet the qualifications to perform the functions as outlined in the duty statement.
