We are looking for the right candidate to add to our close-knit team! Fast Partitions is searching for a Customer Service Rep to join our call center team. We are a family-owned company, searching for the perfect candidate to fit with our fun, winning team! The role of the CSR is to support our internet sales system that offers bathroom stall partitions and accessories, online.
Knowledge of partitions is not required. We're looking for someone who is happy to be a team player and eager to get the job done. Candidate will go through a Customer Service training course and CRM training to gain knowledge of using our systems and complete product knowledge.
Daily duties include: Receiving customer service calls (Inbound), facilitate customers who have made online requests for quotes, answering incoming calls to assist customers with online quotes, order status and tracking, processing payments from customers, and answering general product and service-related questions.
The perspective candidate for this position has exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational abilities, a keen attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, excellent attendance, and is eager to learn.
Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving inbound customer service calls
- Responding professionally and attentively to incoming calls
- Checking on order status, including tracking information
- Processing orders to manufacturers
- Product research
- Taking/processing customer payments
- Handling customer issues
- Maintaining well written notes and sending emails through the CRM, Google Sheets, and gmail
- Meeting customer satisfaction excellence
- Providing technical/product support including installation knowledge
- Handling freight claims
- Processing customer orders through CRM
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High School/ GED
- Additional experience as Administrative Assistant or related position is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using a CRM
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Industry experience in a manufacturing business involving Customer Service
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Ability to problem solve
- Attention to detail
- Accurate measurement and mathematical capability
- Clear, professional communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Displays empathy and understanding toward customers’ experiences
- Excellent attendance
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $19.00 -$24.00/hr, based on experience
