CDG Engineers, Inc. seeks a Gas Turbine Senior Project Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the Turbine group is performing a successful execution of our projects by developing and overseeing our engineers and responsibilities in this field, monitoring progress, and managing budgets.
If you are a Gas Turbine Senior Project Engineering Leader, you will be working with alternative energy applications such as Gas Turbine, renewable Natural Gas, Hydrogen, and support key emissions reduction in Natural Gas and Industrial applications. You will be working on EPC projects, including combustion turbine, and CTG (Combustion Turbine Generator) projects. You will identify, analyze, and implement cost reductions, and agency testing / approvals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and develop mitigation plans.
- Analyze project performance and provide regular updates to project teams and stakeholders.
- Perform budget tracking and forecasting to ensure projects are within budget.
- Identify resource constraints and develop strategies for optimizing resource allocation.
- Provide support to project teams in schedule development and maintenance.
