The FSR will be responsible for overseeing safety practices on-site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, and fostering a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities :
- Safety Compliance : Ensure that all safety regulations, policies, and procedures are followed on-site, including OSHA standards and company-specific guidelines.
- Site Inspections : Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of job sites, identifying potential hazards, and recommending corrective actions.
- Incident Reporting : Investigate and report any accidents, incidents, or near misses, and work with management to implement corrective measures.
- Training : Conduct safety training sessions for employees, including orientation for new hires, toolbox talks, and refresher courses.
- Safety Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records, including inspection reports, incident logs, and training records.
