We're looking for a Corporate HR / Office Manager who's part HR guru, part office ninja, and full-time problem solver! If you can run an office, manage HR functions and plan a killer office party, then you're the one we've been waiting for.
As our HR / Office Manager, you'll be the heart of our company, keeping everyone happy, organized, and productive. From handling employee questions (yes, the coffee machine counts as an emergency) to making sure the office supplies never hit zero, you'll be the go-to person for all things human and resourceful. If you thrive on multitasking, love building a positive company culture, and know how to handle chaos with grace (and maybe some caffeine), then we want to meet you!
Position details :
- Manage HR needs in Corporate Office
- Process company wide payroll
- Manage and submit all compliance forms / surveys thoroughly and on time
- Assist manufacturing plants with recruiting
- The Benefits expert!!!
- Manage company travel policy - book select employee travel
- Manage all office supplies - Keep the staff well fed with snacks
- Manage administration of Safety with Safety manager
- Manage mail - incoming and outgoing
- Manage wage changes, terminations, job posts, in HRIS
- Manage and plan all corporate events including parties, meetings, guest visits
- Manage the customers first impression / answer the phone
- Collaborate with the HR / Office managers at manufacturing plants
