Position Summary:
Dayton, TX
Long term in plant assignment.
Responsibilities:
Prepares monthly maintenance accruals.
Processes invoice and resolve discrepancies.
Updates work orders in SAP HANA.
Schedules maintenance rentals with 3rd party vendors.
Prepares and analyzes reports from SAP in Excel.
Update Procedures using Adobe Acrobat Distiller.
Scans, files, and maintains Maintenance records.
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED: Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Plant Maintenance Module of SAP.
Microsoft Excel experience creating/modifying formulas, charts and pivot tables.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
