CDI Engineering Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.

Administrative Assistant to support the maintenance department at a Beaumont, Tx client facility.

8am-5pm 

Long term in plant assignment offering benefits. 

Hourly Payroll for department. 

Enter into system including timesheets changes daily, etc.

Collect forms for the previous meetings, ensure all forms are signed off and scan to assigned unit. 

Answer phone and take messages when team is out. 

Filing, ensuring accuracy. 

Order and maintain office supplies. 

Record Retention with accuracy. 

Pick up mail, distribute to appropriate persons. 

Coordinate service anniversary celebrations. 

Assist with conferences and meetings to ensure supplies are available. 

SAP experience highly preferred. 

Must have excellent time management skills. 

Ability to multi-task. 

Experience with company procedures. 

General office administration experience. 

Previous timekeeper/payroll experience a must.
