Summary
The production team member will be a key part of our operations to produce the best quality butter, milk powders and fluid milk. The Production Team Member will assist in operating, monitoring, and cleaning machines and work areas to ensure operating standards are met. Food Safety and Quality are the focus of all our positions!
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the efficiency of production and verify the product is within specifications
- Check and verify all codes, labels, weights, and packaging.
- Maintain the quality and upkeep of plant equipment
- Finalizing and packaging products for shipment
- Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or materials
- Ensure that all high-risk areas are kept sanitized and organized by assisting the operators with their daily cleaning tasks.
- Complete all paperwork neatly and correctly
Qualifications
- Two years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Combination of education and experience will be considered
- Must be able to read and understand all company rules and Good manufacturing practices
- Must be able to work in a safe manner and follow all safety procedures.
Additional Information
- Flexible to work afternoon and night shifts, overtime and weekends as required
- May be required to stand for long periods of time; lift, push and pull up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis.
