This full-time, in-person position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects, collaborating with a team committed to creating functional and engaging spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive interior design concepts and solutions, from initial planning through final construction.
• Create detailed interior construction documents using REVIT, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
• Utilize Enscape for realistic 3D visualizations and presentations, enhancing design communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams on design development, space planning, and material selection, ensuring alignment with client objectives and CDI Solutions' design standards.
• Produce high-quality renderings, diagrams, and presentation materials using Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Engage in client meetings, presenting design concepts, and responding to feedback with thoughtful and effective solutions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of interior design elements within larger construction projects.
• Participate in site visits, project reviews, and design charrettes, offering expertise and innovative ideas to support project success.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of design excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of commercial and hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in REVIT for developing comprehensive construction documents.
• Experience with Enscape for 3D modeling and rendering.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for producing compelling design presentations.
• Excellent design, technical, and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction, materials, building codes, and ADA compliance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly to both clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
