Role Essentials :
Technical Expertise : Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Dynatrace's capabilities, features, and best practices, along with OpenTelemetry for intelligent observability.
Solution Design : Craft effective monitoring solutions leveraging Dynatrace and OpenTelemetry, tailored to organizational architecture nuances.
Implementation and Configuration : Configure Dynatrace monitoring agents across diverse platforms, environments, and technologies, ensuring seamless data collection and integration, including experience with Dynatrace through AI and AI Ops, DEM, Tools Rationalization, and Management Zones.
Infrastructure and Application Monitoring : Monitor infrastructure components and applications, capturing relevant metrics for analysis.
Alerting and Notification : Establish proactive alerting rules in Dynatrace to promptly detect performance anomalies and issues.
Troubleshooting : Investigate and diagnose performance problems using Dynatrace data, proposing solutions or optimizations.
Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of Dynatrace updates and features, refining monitoring strategies to meet evolving business needs.
Training and Support : Train team members on Dynatrace setup, data interpretation, and troubleshooting, promoting efficient tool utilization.
Performance Analysis : Analyze performance trends to proactively address potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies, promoting optimal system performance.
