Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a RADAN / Batching specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing batch jobs for our manufacturing processes using the RADAN/Batching software.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage batch jobs for our manufacturing processes using the RADAN software
- Analyze production requirements and determine appropriate batch quantities and timings
- Monitor batch jobs and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient production
- Maintain accurate records of batch jobs and production data
- Continuously evaluate and improve batch processes for optimal efficiency

- Productivity (Programming time)
- Accuracy
- Batch Utilization
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in RADAN software and batch job creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and time-management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and drawing
- Ability to calculate measurements to insure parts are correct before they are cut out of metal
