Position Summary: We are growing our team at CDI HVAC Accessories and are looking for hands-on, reliable assembly technicians to join us at our Plymouth facility. This is a temp to hire position. Shift time: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Count and bag fasteners for packaging
- Assemble metal frames using rivet guns and cordless drills
- Box and pack finished units for shipping
- Maintain consistent production and quality standards
- Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Stand throughout your shift in a production environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to work with hand tools and follow assembly steps
- Comfortable lifting and moving parts/materials
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
- Ability to stand or walk for extended amounts of time
- Ability to frequently bend, twist, grip, squat and lift
- Must be at least 18 years old
Required Experience:
- Previous assembly or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required
