We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Driving Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating students on safe driving practices, traffic laws, and vehicle operation. You will conduct both classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training, ensuring that learners develop the skills necessary to become confident and responsible drivers.
Duties
- Conduct classroom sessions to teach students about traffic laws, road signs, and safe driving techniques.
- Provide hands-on driving instruction in various conditions to enhance students' practical skills.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve their driving abilities.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Communicate clearly with students regarding their performance and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and completion of training requirements.

Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
