What are the responsibilities and job description for the BDC Representative position at CDJR of Princeton?
- Infiniti of Englewood is currently seeking BDC Representatives to manage internet and telephone sales leads for our Sales Department. We prefer to hire self-starters with a strong work ethic who are looking for long-term employment.
- The Business Development Representative is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up and tracking all customers as it pertains to sales departments within the dealership.
- Make min of 150 to 200 calls a day.
- CRM utilization is a team effort and all staff must use it daily
- Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
- Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
- Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
- Schedule solid appointments with customers for both sales and service
- Our goals are to maximize profitability, however, for that we must provide an exceptional customer experience and when we make mistakes we must correct them no matter the cost.
- RequirementsThe ideal BDC Representative will also have:
- Experience in an automotive dealership is strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers
- Strong-tasking and organization skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Verifiable work history
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong English / Spanish skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
