Flatbed Driver

Company Overview :

We are a transportation company in search of experienced drivers to join our team.

We offer competitive compensation, including a percentage of the linehaul, paid orientation, and benefits after 90 days.
With 90% contracted freight and the potential to earn between $1,500 and $2,000, we provide consistent and rewarding opportunities for our drivers.
Prior flatbed experience is needed, we also value candidates with coil experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport goods to various destinations.

Secure cargo using appropriate methods, such as chains, straps, or tarps.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.

Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of driving experience.

At least 1 year of experience specifically in flatbed driving.

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.

Strong knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them diligently.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of cargo.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the road.

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or routes.

Coil experience is a plus.
