CDL Legal is a rapidly growing legal service company that specializes in providing legal benefits to truck drivers. In three short years, CDL Legal has risen to be an industry leader in fighting traffic cases in the US through our network of attorneys. We are also trucking safety and compliance management experts and work with carriers to offer online safety management tools. We are looking for a bi-lingual customer service representative to serve our growing base of Spanish speaking members.
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess excellent communication, problem-solving skills and detail oriented. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will provide timely and empathetic support, ensuring clients receive guidance on their legal matters related to commercial driving.
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and provide assistance to clients in both English and Spanish.
- Assist drivers with inquiries about their legal matters, including citations, violations, and compliance-related issues.
- Educate clients on available legal services and processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams including attorney account managers, sales, and compliance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in legal or transportation environments).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday in office. We are a high energy, family oriented, faith based organization with a great culture to work in. We provide 401k with match, along with health and dental insurance.
Rate of Pay: $40k per year Based on experience
