Position Overview :
We are seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS) to coordinate clinical and technical operations, ensuring exemplary patient care and safety standards. You will engage in :
- Addressing clinical and technical inquiries.
- Managing equipment and service requests.
- Conducting training for clinical personnel and clients.
- Ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and documentation.
- Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting with vendor training.
You will collaborate closely with the Clinical Applications Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations to meet the objectives of quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
