Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist/Secretary/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner at the front desk.
  • Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain an organized calendar by scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring all parties are informed.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, including maintaining client records and filing documents.
  • Provide administrative support by preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Utilize computer software for various administrative tasks, demonstrating strong computer literacy.
  • Support team members with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in calendar management and administrative tasks.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and file management systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
