Associate Attorney
Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $200,000.00 Annually
Qualifications
• The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in civil litigation or workers’ compensation defense, outstanding research and writing skills, experience taking and defending depositions, courtroom experience, and must be able to work independently.
• Applicants should have a strong academic background from accredited schools and must be licensed to practice in California.

• In accordance with California's Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for thisposition, if hired to work in California, is $85,000 - $200,000.

Job Responsibilities
File Analysis, Plan of Action, and Litigation Updates.
Draft correspondence to parties.
Prepare civil discovery responses, trial exhibits, and trial submissions.
Summarizing medical or other records and depositions.
Mail and Email management.
Required Experience
At least four years’ experience working as a paralegal in a reputable firm and must possess strong skills with Microsoft Word, EAMS E-Filing, and the QME/AME practices.
