Job Description:
CDM Inc. is seeking an entry level cost estimator to assist with preparing customer bids for our Engineered Cable Assembly Solutions (ECAS) product offering.
Duties to include:
· Accurate data entry from review of customer drawings
· Communicating with our vendors
· Research and obtain pricing for material
· Other administrative tasks assisting our team
Desired Skills & Experience:
· Min 2 years’ experience in purchasing
· Ability to multi-task is critical
· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Possesses problem solving skills
· Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Demonstrate success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
