What will your day look like?
As a 3rd Shift Toolmaker, you will be scheduled for 10-hour days beginning on Sunday nights. During your shift, you will:
- Complete tool builds per our customer’s expectations and CDM’s quality standards. You may also assist in contract machining projects, so having a machining skillset is a definite plus!
- Stage mold components and materials in a way that’s most productive for assembly and test.
- Utilize your expertise to propose and implement improvements to design, quality, and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with Machinists and other Toolmakers to maximize efficiencies and to ensure critical items are seamlessly addressed.
- Support and actively engage in 6S activities.

- You have 10 years of experience as a Toolmaker in the plastic injection mold industry.
