JOB SUMMARY
Manage assigned region to ensure that clients’ in-home care needs are met while maintaining compliance with Federal/State Regulations and program rules. Oversee daily intake/referral processes, local payroll processes, and AR processes to ensure positive business growth and development. Responsible to behave in a manner that will promote cohesiveness to the office environment, as well as support day-to-day operations, and client advocacy.
JOB DUTIES

Train Service Coordinators and Administrative Staff in company Policies and Procedures.

Supervise and coach a team of assigned employees.

Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement efforts.

Conduct and monitor advanced reporting and oversight activities for regional operations.

Oversee the enrollment of clients and employees in services.
-
Oversee local payroll, authorization, and AR operations.

Communicate effectively with referral sources, clients, and employees.

Conduct business in accordance with state, federal, program, and contract requirements.

Oversee client assessments and home visits.
-
Maintain the necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow.

Exhibit computer efficiency.

Demonstrate dependability.

Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Lead and monitor deliverables and ensure the timely completion of projects.

Participate in and assign professional development and training activities.

Collaborate with stakeholders regarding the delivery of services.

Represent the company at stakeholder meetings, health fairs, and provider fairs.

Market services to referral sources.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must meet one of the following educational criteria (Based on Program Specific Requirements):

Bachelor’s degree in the field of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Sociology or Related Field with one-year experience working with individual(s) with disabilities or the elderly - or –
-
6 years’ experience serving individuals with disabilities OR combination of education and experience

Must maintain reliable transportation and valid insurance for in-state travel

Must be able to successfully pass a background screening
- Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements.
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
