We have been retained to identify a Plant General Manager for one of our clients in the greater Bucks/Montgomery County.
Our client has been in business for well over 50 years. They continue to grow and expand their capabilities and processes in order to meet their customers’ needs by providing world class metal fabricated products.
This dynamic company is looking for a leader who has both the technical and leadership skills required to run a manufacturing facility. The Plant General Manager will support the following functions: Production, Continuous Improvement, Inventory Control, Planning, Scheduling, Employee Development, Metrics Management, Project Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Customer Service, Compliance and Safety.
Our client offers a six-figure base compensation plus bonus opportunity. In addition, the client offers a nice benefits package. Salary will range from $135,000 - $155,000 plus bonus opportunity.
