This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and collaborating with the recruitment team to meet clients' staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Management:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct client presentations and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Understand clients' staffing needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the recruitment team to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
Skills:
