Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for state clients and internal teams.
Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and challenges to all stakeholders.
Manage expectations and ensure alignment between client needs and project deliverables.
Create and maintain detailed project artifacts, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and use cases.
Develop process maps, data flow diagrams, and workflows to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
Participate in solution design sessions to ensure client requirements are met.
Assist in system testing, UAT, and validation to ensure compliance with requirements.
Ensure that all project deliverables comply with state regulations and standards.
Keep up-to-date with changes in public-sector policies that may affect project scope or execution.
