CDS Family & Behavioral Health Services, Inc. has a career opportunity in the health and human services field working as a Case Manager for our SNAP for Youth Probation Program.
SNAP (Stop Now And Plan) is an evidence-based curriculum intended to serve youth on probation. The program will be administered to youth in a small group setting. The successful applicant should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ experience in case work may be considered in lieu of degree
- A strong background in casework
- Experience in functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to work therapeutically with youth and their families through a behavioral systems, social learning approach.
