Job Title: Home Remodeling Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Home Remodeling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of remodeling tasks for residential properties. You will collaborate closely with homeowners, contractors, and project managers to ensure high-quality renovations are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition and removal of old materials (e.g., flooring, cabinetry, drywall, etc.).
• Install new materials, including flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures.
• Complete drywall hanging, finishing, and painting tasks. Must have drywall hanging and finishing experience to be considered.
• Install and repair plumbing and electrical systems as needed. Electrical and plumbing skills are highly beneficial.
• Ensure all work adheres to building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in home remodeling, carpentry, or a related field. A minimum of two years' experience in new home construction and remodeling is preferred for consideration.
• Ability to safely use power tools and other construction equipment.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality results.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Willingness to complete a 60-day probationary period to be considered for full time employment
• Background check required for employment

Preferred:

• Experience in hanging and finishing Sheetrock.
• Additional experience in specialized areas such as plumbing, electrical, etc.
• A minimum of two years experience in new home construction and remodeling

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
