This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, enhancing sales performance, and ensuring profitability across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.
- Manage existing company accounts.
- Supervise and mentor local teams to ensure effective execution of company policies and procedures.
- Negotiates all new account rates, terms and conditions with Branch Managers and leadership team.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and market presence.
- Foster a culture of continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth through effective business development strategies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience in a sales management role in the temporary staffing industry preferably with a focus in the light industrial vertical; hospitality, manufacturing and construction industries or similar.
- OSHA certification or training helpful.
- Strong skills in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team building and employee engagement.
- Experienced in client relations and retention.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on process improvement.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize industry specific software.
- Up to 70% travel between branches.
