CDW is seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Management Consultant to join our team and support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) and user readiness activities for the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) implementation project. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to effectively manage and drive change within the organization, ensuring successful adoption of the new system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute OCM strategies that drive successful adoption of the EAMS.
- Perform change impact analysis to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the project.
- Plan and manage communication strategies to inform and engage all levels of the organization.
- Provide learning support and resources to enable users to successfully transition to the new system.
- Address and manage resistance to change, ensuring a smooth transition across the organization.
- Work closely with the BPSI Program Change Manager to ensure all activities are in alignment with the overall program direction.
- Monitor and track progress of change activities, reporting on outcomes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for large-scale enterprise systems implementations, preferably within asset management.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, and communication management.
- Expertise in resistance management and driving user adoption for complex projects.
- Hands-on experience with OCM tools and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAMS) or similar systems is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
- Background in IT systems implementation or asset management systems is a plus.
